• For overseas education: Loans are available with or without mortgages, offering a moratorium period of 1 to 2 years and repayment terms of 6 to 10 years at interest rates ranging from 8% to 10%.

 Yes, scholarships are available on a case-by-case basis, covering 50% to 100% of second-year fees for eligible students.
